The free plan covers up to 50 documents with encryption, multi-factor authentication and permissioned sharing included. Premium removes the limits for $4.99 a month. There is no free trial to expire and no card required to start.

Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no card required. You can store up to 50 documents, run one automation, track five bill reminders and create one family profile.
What happens if I reach the free limits?
Nothing is deleted. You keep everything already in your vault, and you upgrade to Premium when you want to add more.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes, at any time. Your documents stay in your vault.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan does not require payment details.
Is my data less secure on the free plan?
No. Encryption, multi-factor authentication, permissioned sharing and audit history are identical on both plans. See our security page.
Why SafeVault
Most cloud storage holds files. SafeVault reads them. Documents are classified and key fields extracted automatically, expiry dates are tracked, and renewals can be automated, so a document is ready before you need it rather than found in a hurry afterwards.
Security is not a paid tier here. Encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, permissioned sharing and full audit history are on the free plan and the paid one alike. AmitaSoft, LLC completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination covering Security, Availability, Processing Integrity and Confidentiality.
If you work with a CPA, a lender or an attorney, they can request documents from your vault directly, with your consent, rather than by email.
