SafeVault is a secure document vault for individuals and organizations. DocIQ classifies each document and extracts key fields, and Flows sends alerts ahead of expiry and renewal dates, so renewals are not left to memory.

SafeVault serves individuals and organizations that handle important records, including financial services firms, legal professionals, accounting firms and businesses that manage licenses, certificates and contracts.

Unlike a plain file store, SafeVault reads what it holds. DocIQ classifies each document and extracts key fields, and Flows uses those fields to send alerts ahead of expiry and renewal dates.

SafeVault uses TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest for databases and stored documents. Access is role-based, multi-factor authentication protects critical systems, and document activity is recorded in the in-product activity log. AmitaSoft, LLC completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination covering Security, Availability, Processing Integrity and Confidentiality.

Only you and those you explicitly authorize can access your documents. SafeVault uses named-document sharing with access that can be revoked.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people you choose, with service providers that run parts of SafeVault for us, and when the law requires. Our Privacy Policy lists every provider.

You can store documents such as financial records, contracts, government IDs, insurance policies, licenses, certificates and personal records.

DocIQ classifies uploaded documents and extracts key fields automatically. Results depend on the quality and type of each document, so check extracted values before relying on them.

Yes. Flows sends alerts ahead of expiry and renewal dates, and SafeVault lists documents that appear to be missing so you can add them.
